Our beers are artfully crafted in small batches from our own time-honored recipes. We use no preservatives or adjuncts like corn or rice and all our beers are unfiltered. Most of our ales are brewed with just four ingredients. Here is a list of several of the beers that we brew here. To see which beers are currently on tap go to our Beers on Tap link.
San Diego Gold™
Grantville (as this area was once known) Gold is one of our lighter house beers, but by no means a light beer. This pale gold beer is crisp and refreshing with a clean hop finish and is a great beer for newcomers to craft-brewed beers. (ABV 5.0)
San Diego Nut Brown
A dark smooth ale that is rich and satisfying. This beer has hints of caramel and roasted malts, which are accompanied with a combination of Willamette and Cascade hops. The best brown ale you’ll ever try! (ABV 5.7)
Infinitude Double IPA
This India Pale Ale has great hop flavor imparted by the variety of hops used in the brew. You’ll find the usual Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops for the distinctive citrus/grapefruit aroma and flavors. We also added some Simcoe for a nice hint of pine. We used the same hop varieties in the dry hopping to give it a pleasantly assertive but not overpowering bitter finish. The reasonable ABV makes this brew easy to drink and endlessly refreshing! (ABV 8.5)
San Diego Amber™
Our signature beer and our best seller, this beer has started more meals and conversations than any other at the Brewing Company! This red ale is a well-balanced beer, not too sweet and not too hoppy with a beautiful copper color and an extremely smooth finish. (ABV 5.5)
San Diego IPA™
The uncomplicated malt bill – including Vienna and flaked rye – allows the large late and dry-hop additions to dominate the nose and palate. Smooth Columbus bitterness is followed by the tropical, resinous flavor of Simcoe hops. Dry-hopped with Simcoe and Galaxy hops lends flavors and aromas of peach and passion fruit. San Diego IPA finishes dry and clean with a hint of rye spiciness. (ABV 7.3)
We are proud to serve a wonderful variety of seasonal ales, such as Monster Mash, Peep Show, Old 395 and many more.
